Next Edition offer a fixed price contracts therefore you pay in installments as the house is completed.  Installments or progress payments cover work done and orders required before the next payment, therefore your asset is always protected as you are only paying as work reaches a milestone.  These progress payments are now set by NZ Master Builders.  For more information on Progress Payment installments.

To enable us to provide you with this Guarantee, we must met requirements such as being approved builders, we have our work periodically checked for quality assurance for our clients and we also must adhere to the agreed Progress Payment Schedule specified by Master Builders.  This ensures that you are only paying for the work completed at any given time and protects both you and Master Builders from a Builder who may be not financially secure.

Progress Payments are based on the following; 

Deposit 5%; Completion of Foundations 7%;  Ready for Roof 19%; Closed In 20%; Ready for Stopping 20%; Painting 10%;
Kitchens & Bathrooms 10%, Completion 9%
