If you already have a set of plans we can provide you with a fixed price or estimation based on your own specifications.  Provided this costs meets your investment expectations we can continue through to producing a contract with your own specific specifications. 

Should the price be (generally over) out of sync with your investment level, we can work together to finalise your specifications and can assist to make any necessary ammendments to assist with .  It is preferable to do this prior to working drawings as any changes as a result of budget restraints can easily be altered at this stage such as cladding, interior fixtures and fittings.

Our team is able to assist with interior design, lighting consultations, kitchen and bathroom design and specifications, wardrobe design and energy efficiency and heating consultations

We are able to lodge any necessary resource or building consents and take all the unnecessary complications out of building for you so that you can enjoy the process of creating your dream home.

Building then commences.  During this we maintain regular contact (see our testimonials) whilst building your quality home in a timely manner.   We limit our builds to ensure that we only offer you the best service possible.
