NZGB together with Branz and Becon Pathway have recently developed a tool to which we will be able to provide a rating to your home based on the efficiencies of materials, insulation, energy, water, health and comfort.  This tool will provide us a low cost opportunity to assess the efficiency of your new home before we start enabling us to assess options before starting your project.  Oversea's research shows that homes with assessment ratings sell faster at higher prices than homes without a rating.

The landfill waste from the construction of a home is always a concern and we work hard to ensure we order efficiently to minimise wastage, we use our own trailer for on-site rubbish v skip convenience.  We are looking to ensure contractors support us through separating and recyling waste where possible.  We also ensure that as much on-site rubbish as possible that is re-usable is not disgarded unnecessarily but monitoring the clean up's and landfill disposals.
